This collection was developed and manufactured at designer-level quality from beginning to end in premium bespoke facilities.

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are subject to availability, we do not typically accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Processing an order will take 1-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional days of processing during holiday.

US domestic shipping will take 2-4 business days and international shipping will take an estimated 7-10 business days.

Limited time offer. International & domestic orders over $150 will get free shipping. Thank Mickey & Ray for making it happen. 

INCORRECT ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS

Please make sure to check the sizing charts for each product before you place your order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at team@cleanbois.store

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please notify us of any changes to your shipping address or if the address is incorrect. Once your order is shipped out, we are unable to make changes and cannot provide a refund if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. All requests to get a refund/replacement for a damaged or faulty product must be made within 30 days of delivery.

REFUNDS POLICY

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I’M LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
